TALENT AGENTRoxana will forever be tied to the world of television. She built from the ground up, becoming a producer of some the most well-known TV shows in Romanian television history - Who wants to a billionaire?, Big Brother, Star Factory. After almost a decade, she left the small screen behind, but she didn‘t stray too far. Starting 2008 she is a talent agent, co-founder of RAA, and she has represented some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry from our country.
Skilled both as a talent agent and a communications expert, the projects she‘s had a hand in have received numerous prizes (Best TV Quiz Show at the TV Mania Awards between 2000-2004; the Radio Award at the Ad‘Or Gala in 2011, for Prevestiri din copilarie/Childhood Predictions, with Virgil Iantu, sponsored by ING Bank).
If she‘s answered your phone call with "hello baby" at least once, then you know Roxana. We love her because she gracefully navigates through the daily challenges of a 24/7 talent agent, which makes her a constant inspiration.
She represents artists such as Razvan Exarhu, Paul Ipate, Lili Sandu, Verdini and you‘ll see her working hard to manage them as best as possible, but you‘ll also hear talking pretty often about leaving one‘s comfort zone.
TALENT AGENTAna is one of the pillars we rely on when we want to solve a problem. Always in tune with the clients‘ needs, she‘s in charge with identifying the opportunities for connecting a brand‘s identity with an artist's creative force.
Always on the move, determined and frank, but also delicate and classy, you‘ll find her most often searching for the added value of every kind of media production. She respects her artists more than anything, and looks to associate their image only with brands and productions which best fit them.
She believes in the sustainable development of talent, and loves to integrate all the means she has at hand into building a very diverse portfolio, no matter the type of artists. She represents artists such as Virgil Iantu, Octavian Strunila, Sore, and she considers them all as part of the big family she‘s gained with every new project.
